(I)
Cast aside those reservations and fear
even if less, this path is already ventured,
Stop oh friend those precious tears
inspite of this darkness, paths clear
We need rest to wake with birds here
even if obstructed, suns light will appear
Vision is blurred, but the path clear
Now tired only the sighs we all hear.
Morning we may see the massive herd of deers
or Tiger chased away by elephant troops
for this forest may be dense, life's clear
only the fitest have survived for ages here
(II)
We have build homes and numerous bridges
for these provide comfort and protection
we burnt a lot of houses and numerous bridges
and drive amongst all our land unseen wedges.
and having reached on the other shores
We burnt all bridges we just crossed
we have no turning back, no well bores
On water, we fight and all cloths tore.
Thoughtless actions have left us here
there is no help that can come our way
no way back, no way forward, stuck here
stuck fighting, unwilling to even share
(III)
Oh Lord, Oh Lord, let us go back in time,
for we have to repair all burnt bridges
and unburn all homes and let hope shine
Let man start from the jungle's prime.
